Clever Solutions is a trading name of Array Designs, ABN 12 680 324 074. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Array Designs trading as Clever Solutions.

We share your personal information only with the parties needed to run our business:
- Shopify Inc. Our ecommerce platform. Hosts our store and processes orders.
- Payment providers. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- Shipping carriers. Australia Post and Sendle, to deliver your order.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. For advertising and measurement, as described above.
- TikTok Pte. Ltd. For advertising and measurement, as described above.
- Google LLC. For website analytics.
- Our email marketing provider. To send you emails you have opted in to receive.
- Professional advisers and government bodies. Where we are required to do so by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Some of the providers listed above store data outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada, Ireland and Singapore. By providing your personal information to us, you consent to it being disclosed to these overseas recipients.
