Shipping Policy

Free shipping across Australia

Shipping is free on every order, to every address in Australia. There is no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra metro: 2 to 4 business days
  • Adelaide, Hobart metro: 3 to 6 business days
  • Perth, Darwin metro: 4 to 8 business days
  • Regional and remote areas: 5 to 10 business days

These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us at contact@cleversolutions.net.au.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at contact@cleversolutions.net.au with your order number. We will lodge an enquiry with the carrier and keep you updated.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. We are working on international shipping and will announce it when it is available.
