Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Clever Caddy. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any reason, including change of mind.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned with the original 3M adhesive backing intact, or with any unused adhesive strips included
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt
We cannot accept change of mind returns where the 3M adhesive has been applied to a surface and removed, as the adhesive cannot be reused. If you have already mounted your Clever Caddy and it is not working for you, contact us anyway. We will look at your situation individually.
How to start a return
Email contact@cleversolutions.net.au with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item, if the return is due to a fault or damage
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Who pays for return postage
- Change of mind: you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for an item that does not reach us.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the cost of return postage. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your postage cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We refund the full purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping costs are refunded where the return is due to a fault, damage or an incorrect item being sent.
If you purchased a multipack and return only part of it, we will refund the value of the returned units at the effective per unit price of the bundle you purchased, not the single unit price.
Faulty or damaged items
Your Clever Caddy comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your Clever Caddy arrives damaged, or develops a fault in normal use, contact us at contact@cleversolutions.net.au with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Items that arrive damaged in transit
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We dispatch orders quickly, so we can only cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, you can return it under our 30 day guarantee once it arrives.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
